A UNIQUE KIND OF HOLIDAY IN THE GREEK ISLANDS
On a flotilla holiday you can enjoy the independence of sailing your own yacht, whilst appreciating the comfort and relaxation that comes from the support provided by the lead crew – and with all flights and transfers included, you’re looked after from the moment you sit down on the plane.
Our lead crews who accompany the flotilla offer unobtrusive backup, so you can concentrate on enjoying your time exploring one of the most beautiful sailing areas in the world.
With up to ten boats in the group there is a fantastic social aspect to flotillas that adults and children always enjoy, we can’t count the number of lifelong friendships made on flotilla. If you feel like more time to yourself, you can sail to the next destination or find a quiet bay to have a swim, a bite to eat, or to just relax!
FIND THE PERFECT YACHT FOR YOU
Our fleet of Beneteau yachts range in size from 32ft which are ideal for couples, to 35ft and 38ft boats that are perfect for families, right up to 45ft and 50ft yachts for larger groups.
All of our boats have been adapted over the years to suit the Greek Island sailing environment, with ease of sailing and quality of life in mind.
WHEN & WHERE WE SAIL
We have been offering sailing holidays in the Greek islands for 47 years and enjoy seeing familiar faces back on flotilla each year. The boat shows we take part in become like a reunion where crew and clients meet up.
From April to November, we offer a variety of 1, 2 and 3 week routes which take in the highlights of the Ionian, Saronic, and Sporades islands.
Whether you’re looking for fun and adventure, peace and relaxation, or a blend of all these, we have the flotilla holiday to suit you.
TYPICAL ITINERARY – 1 WEEK PAXOS FLOTILLA
Days 1 - 2, Join the flotilla in Plataria
Following a transfer from Preveza airport you will arrive in Plataria Harbour. Here you will meet your lead crew and home from home for the week (your yacht).
On the first morning there will be a thorough boat brief and a chat about where you are heading that day. There is a supermarket in the harbour for you to stock up on provisions before you head out for a lazy lunch at anchor...
Days 3 - 5, Sailing around Paxos Island
From Plataria you will wend your way south to the delightful villages of Lakka, Longos, Gaios and Mongonisi on Paxos Island.
The crystal clear emerald water of Lakka Bay is not to be missed for a lunch stop within a stones throw of Lakka Village - a favourite evening destination. Gaios is a traditional Greek town, with a number of tavernas to explore.
Mongonisi is a highlight for many - the only stop on Paxos without a village. Mongonisi’s charm lies in the idyllic environment where you can swim off the back of your boat and Greek dance the night away.
Emerald Bay on Anti-Paxos Island is perfect for a lazy lunch and swim.
For the more adventurous sailors, a sail down the west coast of Paxos, with its stunning cliffs, is a great way to spend an afternoon.
Days 5 - 6, Parga and Corfu Town
A mainland stop in the Greek Town of Parga should not be missed, with its long sandy beach, buzzing promenade and the unbeatable choice of evening entertainment. Simply moor the boat on stunning Valtos Beach and catch the ferry boat into town. A walk up to the citadel is also recommended.
The first or penultimate night stop is likely to be Sivota Mourtos where you can moor the yacht and spend an evening wandering the bustling promenade.
